Retail Policies & Warranties
  • Buy Back Policy: For items purchased from us that have fallen out of our return policy requirements, we will buy back the item for half of what it was purchased for.
  • Return Policy: We offer 3 day returns on all defective items that may have gotten through our testing process. If you have a question or think you need more time to test your purchase, just ask. We never want to leave someone with something they can’t use.
  • Electronic Warranty: For an additional 10% we offer a 60 day warranty. If there is an issue with the purchased electronic that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, bring back your item within 60 days and we will repair the problem, replace the part/accessories, or give a full refund.
  • Tool Warranties: For an additional 10% we offer a 30 day warranty. If there is an issue with the purchased tool that was not disclosed at the time of purchased we will repair tool or issue a full refund.
